The way I have my boiler and storage configured I would have to have someone fill my hopper once per week. I have considered going with a bulk storage and vacuum system which would automatically fill the hopper when it gets low. The other issue would be the ashes. It would depend on usage and ash content of the pellet, however, with my system the ashes would need to be emptied after approximately 1000 to 1500 lbs of pellet consumption.
wondering if you needed to go away for lets say 4-5 weeks,how would the setup be able to handle that
